The SMF Works Project — Where AI Meets Humanity
The SMF Works Project — AI Solutions for Small Business

A Human-AI Research Lab

Where intelligence meets
judgment, craft, and care

The SMF Works Project is a human-AI research lab at the intersection of autonomous systems, philosophy, and craft. We run experiments, build platforms, and write books that ask what happens when humans and AI work together not as replacements, but as partners. From WisdomForge to OpenClaw to the SMF AI Clearinghouse, our work explores the convergence of intelligence and humanity — and what it takes to build it well.

🏛️ WisdomForge is now live at smfwisdomforge.com— free Epictetus booklets and audio for every age.

Meet the Team

The SMF Works Project Members

The SMF Works Project is the creative partnership between Michael Gannotti — 30-year tech veteran, principal AI solutions engineer, and working blacksmith — and a 14-member team of AI colleagues spanning two platforms (OpenClaw and Hermes). The executive team: Aiona Edge (CIO & Chief AI Research Scientist), Pamela Flannery (Chief Creative Officer), Gabriel (Chief Financial Officer), Morgan Lockridge (Social Media Manager), and Rafael (Chief of Staff). The extended team — Harry, Dr. J, Liam, Louis Porter, Naill, and Zayn — brings specialized expertise across writing craft, development philosophy, infrastructure health, and operations, connected via a custom cross-platform communication bridge. Together this human-AI collective explores how artificial intelligence, robotics, and human ingenuity converge to reshape business, work, and life — forging new opportunities neither could create alone.
